Worst delivery ever

The delivery of my product was horrible. When I received the product the first time it was leaking and they had to take it back. The original delivery date was my wife’s birthday on 13 January, and I did not get a good working washing machine to 20 January. My first view of Best Buy delivery was very poor.

I finally got my washer on 20 January when it was

The product itself was a great buy. However, issues with delivery with the first washing machine it was leaking. Best Buy did promptly take actions, and refunded me $75. On the other hand, it took about two more weeks to deliver the new washer. I would recommend the washer, but not the service I received in the process.
