GC is worthless cause I will never shop here again

We received 2 of these cards when we purchased a new washer and dryer set which we had installed. They are worthless because I will never purchase from Best Buy again on account of the horrible installation experience we have had. The Installer was 1 hour late to the latest time in the window we were given with no apology or explanation. He caused and left us with a gas leak which could have blown up our house had we not noticed. He left the y connector for the steam kit (which he was supposed to install but didn’t) but not the hose so we can’t even install the kit ourselves. We have taken 5 days off work, paid $400 to a plumber to fix his mistake, and spent 10+ hours on phone trying to get a resolution for the situation with customer service not helping at all. All they can do is make appt and only ones that are available. No exceptions for mistakes their installers make or emergencies. I would never let anyone from this company install anything for me again.

We paid for this item but the installer did not install it and did not leave it with us. He used our old one. He was late and gave no apology or explanation. He caused a gas leak and did not install the steam kit. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare.

The hose works great. Unfortunately the installation of our new washer and dryer has been an absolute NIGHTMARE. BEST BUY customer service is useless. Everyone claims to want to help but actually don’t help. We have had to take 5 days off work, spend 10+ hours on the phone to try to have I fixed and we still don’t have a dryer that does what it should. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I suppose these items would be great if the installer had actually installed them. In fact he left the Y connector but not the hose and we have spent a week and multiple phone calls trying to get him to come finish installation. We have taken 5 days off work and still don’t have a dryer that actually does all it should. Best Buy customer service is the worst. Don’t buy from them.

The machine is fantastic. Just don’t buy it from BEST Buy. Their installer caused a gas leak and then when we tried to get them back to fix it it was going to take 5 days for them to come back. We paid to have a plumber fix it but then we realized the Best Buy installer didn’t even finish installation of the steam kit. We have had to take 5 days off work to resolve the installation issues. And it still isn’t resolved. Not to mention 10+ hours on the phone/chat with people who claim to want to help but actually cannot. They promise help but no one follows through. The entire process has been awful. Lies and misleading information. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
