So far I havent had any problems with it. I guess you can say im a bit niave. when I started the washer it started rotating the cycle without any water in it. It took me a few loads to realize it was just sensing how much clothes were in the washer. Other then that it works well. the company also installed it for me. I really appreciated that. Go ahead and laugh. I can laugh at myself and my stupidity sometimes.
