Terrible experience with best buy

Bought a pair. Washer works well, gas dryer had to be taken back. Best Buy finally credited half the accessories return after numerous calls. So I give 2 stars because Best Buy’s service was so bad. I never give bad reviews in my 52 years. But Best Buy customer service made it happen! I do recommend Samsung washers but from other stores.

I got suckered into buying this warranty. Best Buy claimed to have great service. That’s why I spent 3 hours on the phone trying to get a refund on the accessories for a gas dryer we had canceled. Like why would I want to keep the gas accessories if we can’t do a gas dryer. Waste of time with Best Buy.

Get better workers Best Buy

We order a Samsung washer and gas dryer. Upon delivery we were told we can’t do gas dryer because of the lines not beingbupdated. They took the gas dryer back. They never brought the dryer into the house as the delivery men brought the washer first. The gas dryer accessories never came into the house either. But they charged us for all the accessories. We called 4 times to get a refund and the service agents were playing dumb. Waste of 2-3 hours dealing with these bozos.

This gas line is required for successful hook-up of your new dryer in your home. Our delivery personnel will determine what type of gas line is needed based on your local housing code.

We had to cancel our gas dryer because our lines were not updated. They never delivered the dryer accessories but they charged up as they delivered the washer and washer accessories. Don’t know if the delivery men did it on purpose or if customer service thought we were lying, but they treated us like fraudster for $70 buck in accessories. Horrible experience

Honestly, I want nothing to do with Best Buy. They charged us for accessories when we canceled a gas dryer. The accessories were for gas line. We had to stick with electric. I called 4 times talking to people with improper grammar- waste of my time. I canceled this membership because I will never step foot into a Best Buy again. There are other stores.
