When I purchased the washing machine over the phone, I told the salesperson I don't need hoses. He said, I can't process your order unless you purchase new hoses. I said, I don't need hoses. He told me if they are not needed the installation people would take them back and credit my account. Again, I said I know 100 percent I don't need new hoses and I have new ones already. He said, we can't move forward with your order unless you include the hoses but the delivery person will take them back and credit you if they are not needed. A couple of days later the delivery people come and tell me we don't take them back you have to go to the store to return them. So, I go to the store and wait in line and the person had trouble processing the return because someone else had purchased the hoses previously and returned them which caused the system to be messed up. So, the store Manager had to be called to process the return. I believe the salesperson out right lied to me about this and I will not buy anything from Best Buy again. If a customer tells you, they don't want to purchase something you don't force them to purchase it and waste their time. Also, the hoses were not new, and the box was not sealed shut. They had been sold to another customer and then sold again to me.
