I had a Pebble as my first smart watch then the fine folks at FitBit bought them and put their hardware lines out of business and cancelled warranties. Nice. I took my time looking for a replacement and am very happy with the Gear S3. It I has all the features I want and looks great!

Does C by GE -C-Start Wi-Fi Smart Dimmer Switch have dimmer memory so that the light comes on at the same level as when it was turned off? Or does it come on FULL BRIGHT? I normally run lights @ 75% don't like being hit with 100% every time turned on.
