Had to purchase this since newest version of pencil is not compatible with new version of iPad. Crazy in my opinion. However, no one ever told me that I still had to have an adapter to connect it to the iPad. Not only did I have to order the pencil, you can’t buy the adapter in any Best Buy or Apple Store. Can only order through Apple. Whole hassle

Purchased the “new” 2nd gen pencil to go with the newest gen iPad. No one told me that they were not compatible with each other. Why in the world would you make new versions of two products, that are supposed to work together, and not have them actually work together? Had to return this one for the 1st gen….which is another issue
