On November 28th I purchased this same computer for my son for Christmas. On Christmas morning he opened his present. He went to set it up, but it wouldn't work. The next day we took it to the Geek Squad. They could not figure out how to fix it, and called it a LEMON. Then we ordered this (the same computer). After this computer arrived it did not work either. Geek Squad could not fix. We ordered a different kind of computer the 3rd time; I DO NOT RECOMMEND CYBERPOWER TO ANYONE!
