Bought as a open box item

Best Buy had this as an open box item and its clear they don't test returned items. My dryer had an internal gas leak from day one. I tried contacting the store I bought this from and could not get in touch with one live person after about 3-4 hours of trying. I was also in contact with Samsung who after a giant run around finally sent a repairman out to check out the problem. After about 1 week and a half the dryer has been repaired and everything is ok. I am very very disappointed with Best Buy that they either were not honest with the reason why this item was previously returned or they didn't care enough to test it out before selling this item again. This could have been a huge problem had the dryer actually caused an explosion in my house. Shame on Best Buy.
