I believe that this plan saved me a lot of money. Any problem and they were here to fix it. Recalls were taken care of fast. When my machine died inside of 5 years, I qualified for a replacement machine that brought the new one down to 2018 levels for a better product. I will always purchase this plan at Best Buy.
