Home delivery was not good.

Verified Purchase:Yes

The delivery guys just left the washer in the garage. They said installation wasn't purchased. I looked up my receipt and saw that when you purchase the stainless steel hoses it has free installation included. If I would of know that they were going to install I would of purchased the regular hoses. I called to complain and asked if I can be reimbursed for the hoses and never heard back from Best Buy.

Great old school washer that has an agitator!

I've been looking for an old school washer with an agitator and this washer is great! I'm very pleased with everything about this washer. As for the delivery service I was very disappointed that they just left the washer in box and didn't install even though installation should of been done with my purchase with the stainless steel hoses I purchased.
