LG washer and dryer

the washer works fine, but it seems to tangle the clothes and wish the installers would have put the washer closer to my dryer, they said the hose to drain was short. ?? why they couldn't have put a longer hose to drain, is a puzzle to me. I stopped by the Okemos Best Buy where I purchased the washer and dryer and asked for someone to check it out, they told me I would get a call within the next 72 hrs, No CALL Yet, that was a couple weeks ago. JB

I am happy to have a new washer, however, I went to the store to tell them that the drain tube or hose, is so short that they had to put my washer further away from my dryer than the old one I had for 29 yrs. And I do miss my old one, as I could feel the water coming in to see if it was cold or hot. Why can't they make a washer like the old ones, that you an add more clothes and feel the water . I sure hope I hear from them soon as they said they would call me to see if they could help me. No call yet and it has been 2 days. Not happy
