Delivery was a headache.

Best Buy mixed up my delivery. They set the billing address as the shipping address which was not the case. I had to take 3 days off of work, 4 phone Best Buy phone calls, 2 online chats, and when they couldn’t fix the issue, Best Buy sent me to a store to have everything straightened out. This was an online purchase so I was confused as to why I was being forced to go to a store to fix. Luckily I live a few miles from a Best Buy, but what if I didn’t?

Can go wrong with Maytag. Large and quite but what I like the most is you can set it to add more water. This replaced a GE energy efficient washing machine where I couldn’t not adjust water levels. I always felt like it didn’t use enough water.
