Yes, when set to the smoker setting the pellets will automatically ignite. The screen will show a flame symbol indicating that the pellets are being ignited, and smoke will eventually begin appearing from the vent on the top/back side of the device. If not set to smoker the woodfire button has to be pressed for the pellets to ignite.

We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. In regards to Nier Replicant's bonus pre-order content, this content can only be obtained from available retailers. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the content or DLC codes for any purchases. You will need to contact the respective retailer (Best Buy) that you purchased the game from for any bonus content you should have received as this should have been received as a separate package/code.

Will you get the extra content from the physical preorder like with the digital one, the theme soundtrack and avatars?
I did not receive any code for these items, and the Best Buy agent I messaged did not find any information on their end that would indicate that Best Buy was participating in this pre-order bonus. Prior to deciding to pre-order through Best Buy I contacted an agent to double check, as there was never anything listed on the game's page. The agent apparently just echoed the response to this question which was incorrect.
