Had them come back to lengthen the vent kit. It popped of twice, once when they installed the dryer and then again when I had to move the dryer a little. I do recommend installation by Best Buy because I have had them do so many things in the past.

They had to come back

The installation was fine until they left. The installer turned on the washer and explained it should run a cycle to insure the installation was set up correctly. But then he left....five minutes later I noticed water all over so I quickly unplugged it. They had to come back the next day - the plumbing part was my problem, but I felt like he probably should have stayed to see if it was working properly. The installer that installed it the night before was not incompetent, but probably unprofessional. The second installer who helped bring everything in the night before, was very professional and had great customer service skills. I recommend the installation because I have had Best Buy do so many other things at my house.

Although I believe the vent and kit works, it is way too short for my space. My dryer is about 4 feet from the side vent wall and it was not long enough to be able to move the dryer away from the wall or in any way without it popping off. I had to have them add to the kit.

Toss clothes in the wash, select 1 of 8 cycles and 5 temperature settings via touch-screen controls and make fast work of laundry. Use the delicates cycle to wash sensitive items and the quick-wash cycle when you're short on time.

load capacity is bigger than I expected

I replaced my front loader LG washer I had had for 13 years. I like the top-loader much better and feel like my clothes are cleaner with the top loader. One thing I'd like to mention is that it is so deep, a shorter person may need to have a step stool in order to reach all the way down to get their clothes out. It has a much larger load capacity than I expected.
