i only used this a couple of times ,, and with my old $100 whistler at the same time ,,, and this one keep beeping like the energizing bunny all the time ,, i not played with other settings to make it less annoying ,, but i got it so i don't have to move my old one from car to car ..
just like other reviewers have stated it is just a noise maker and for a price $35 ,, it sure is not worth it ... but i also read some reviews that say it better than nothing ,,, but if you doing some serious moving in your car ,,,definitely get a better unit and don't waste your $$$$ on this one .. so i would just use this with my economy car, only to keep track of where there could be speed trap .. .

I was able to receive stations from 40 miles away, but this is a little antenna that I purchased on sale. It would get 1 to 3 bars of 4 signal strength, that still give a clear tv, but on some days depending on weather like heavy rain or day or nite, I would lose some of the 1 bar channels.
My original bigger 100 miles antenna would easily be a 4 of 4 signal but was falling apart from old age. I may get a bigger better later down the road.

Not for beginners confusing options in the menu it may be the same with the mark III? You really have to know what each thing does or what it doesn't do, it maybe easier for someone who has worked with pro level cameras before? color is not the same as most canons (lighter not as vibrant) and that is one thing I wish they didn't change cause I loved canon's color .It was said in a review you rarely miss shots with it , I found I miss just as many shots as I do with my 6D and my T6i and that is using a center focus point, I also used the auto focus and moved focus points and it missed shots. I think people would be better off with the mark iii until the price drops on the IV unless you feel you need the extra MP's and it would be worth it to you paying the higher price. It's not a terrible camera but not worth the high price tag in my opinion.

I was searching for a remote control to do some self-shoots with my husband. Technically this works, but you must point the remote directly to the IR sensor of the camera, otherwise it will not be recognized. If you don't want to have the remote in all your pictures you will (depending on your camera) possibly need a firmware update or add-on to get a delay between pressing the button and the actual photo.
The biggest issue I had was finding out which cameras are working with the remote control. The internet isn't helpful at all and even the QR code on the package itself leads into nowhere. I can at least tell that it works with my (old old) Canon EOS 500d.
So, with some minus points still a working accessoire.

it looks like you are doing a first time ota tv antenna , either indoor or outdoor ,, you may need to point your antenna to transmitting tower .. and get a signal ,, if weak , then the amp will boost the signals .. if you have no signal the amp will do nothing ..

if your question is real ,, my personal = no ,, for many reasons ...you would not understand based on your experience level ..
if you can spend $2k lens with $400 camera ,, i would recommend getting a bridge camera like a nikon p1000 or p500 series ..
and have way more of a camera setup for your experience level to use and save you at least $1000 ...
if you just a lens recommendation , i see bestbuy has the Sigma 8-16mm as a better match for you level and camera ,, to just answer your question which is for the wide angle view and auto ..and save you about $1300 .. .

wall outlet is a two prong is there any extension cords that will fit in two prong but be able to plug a grounded cord from a tv lets say
you are better off just changing the old wall 2 prong outlet ,, home depot -lowes or hardware store sells 3 prongs ,, swap out your old and connect the ground ,, and you are not just better off but safer too
