My desktop was dying. Griding sound. I knew I was long overdue for a new computer so I got a HP 2 in 1.
Totaltech set it up. Got my files from my old computer onto it. Installed Chrome that had all my program saves. Happy I didn't lose anything there.
I am disappointed that they couldn't transfer some programs. They didn't tell me if there was any way to get that done.

So far so good. It's a little difficult getting used to the small keyboard and screen after using a desktop and large monitor and full sized keyboard. It was pretty easy to connect my wireless mouse and figure out where my camera upload goes.
Windows 11 is taking me a while to figure out. Microsoft changed the picture upload AGAIN! That's not HPs fault.
I'd like to load a couple of programs from disc but I'm kind of assuming that I can get an external drive to do so. I knew I was giving that up.

I haven't been able to use this Samsung refrigerator warranty. It's only good if the compressor goes bad. It doesn't cover the ice that forms or when the freezer gets so cold that you can't scoop the ice cream. Plus you have to call Samsung.

It works as expected since all I have ever bought are HP printers. I especially like that this one has a much smaller footprint than the other HP multifunction printers I've had. It leaves a lot more room for my modem, wired phone, and answering machine. The main problem I have with this one is the same as others have stated. HP put a flimsy output tray back on this one. It holds ok. Luckily, I won't be doing any heavy print jobs anymore. I also opted for this one without the dual paper trays since it was cheaper and I no longer need a lot of legal sized printing either. The small screen takes a bit of getting used to as well.

do you have to subscribe to HP+ ? This is for home and i don't print very often.
No you don't. If you print less than 50 pages a month, it's probably not worth it for you. 50 pages a month costs $3.99 or $47.88/year starting AFTER the 6 free months and the free initial replacements you get right away. At that rate, you might not need new cartridges, which are very expensive - $95 for a regular size 4-pack, for over a year. By that time, you might be able to find inexpensive remanufactured cartridges. I signed up for the 100 pages per month plan starting last October and I just used my initial FREE color cartridge replacements this month. So they lasted me 5 months and I have about 5-10% left on the black cartridge that it came with. ALL THAT SAID, the free initial replacement cartridges are a good deal and I think you can cancel any time.
