I specifically wanted in store set up of my new iPhone because it’s always nice to know all the extra features of a new phone. Very disappointed because all they did was help me transfer my info from my old iPhone to my new iPhone. Then I find out the next day it wasn’t even activated.

Love this iPhone 12. Takes a bit to get used to not having the home button but the full screen is nice. I like the size, it’s smaller than the 8 plus but I actually like that better. I haven’t played with the camera much to notice the improvements but the portrait mode now can do selfies and has several more settings.
