Received this hood twice bent. When I turn it on it doesn’t ventilate and the fan makes a clucking sound. The hood is poorly made. It is not worth spending your money on it. I need to return it and get my money back.

Our professional installers will disconnect your existing range hood, place and connect your new one, direct wire connect to an existing functional electrical power and duct work and test for functionality.

The installer didn’t know how to install this. He suggested that I should cut my granite backsplash and left. When I called the granite person to com Ed to cut the backsplash he was shocked. He said that if he tries to cut the granite it might brake. He showed me that the hood has a part that can be removed and there was no need to cut anything.
