Gentlemen, you can’t fight in the war room! Saw this about 20 years ago and thought how crazy it would be to have such a calamity to occur as depicted in this movie. Although this is completely fictional, makes me wonder how many close calls the planet faces on a daily basis. I was able to snag this sale and recommend the watch.

Product is great ....when it works

Bought these on 6-1-20. These are really, really cool when they work and pretty easy to set up and use. Almost any color you can imagine is possible on these bulbs, which is really quite remarkable. But....Two of the three bulbs now flicker like a strobe light out of a horror movie or a 90s-rave. Having done quite a bit of research and finding similar customer complaints, I’ve found this is caused by a bulb defect and there is no “reset” for this. As this IS a covered warranty issue I attempted to contact Phillips/Hue. These are supposed to have a 10 year warranty but I also have the Geek Squad protection. As I was waiting “on hold” to get thru to customer support for half an hour- call disconnected from their end. I know it’s not from my side as I have full battery and signal bars and none of my other calls seem to “drop.” Not happy and really can’t recommend as Phillips/Hue isn’t even reachable to resolve issues with their product/warranty. At least I have Geek Squad I guess.

Won't charge/turn on right after buying

I purchased this speaker today and will also be taking it back today. After listening to this speaker in the store I was sold, it seemed like a nice portable speaker with good sound quality at a reasonable price. When I got home I plugged it in and nothing happened. After looking up various "fixes" online I still have no luck. It will not charge/turn on. All I've gotten it to do is say "Battery Low". I was disappointed to say the least as I thought it was going to be a great speaker. Taking it back as I found a lot of other people with the same issue. I don't think troubleshooting should be remotely necessary right after purchasing an item. Only reason I didn't give it 1 star is because it did sound great in the store and I love the size of it.

Bose Speaker Won't Charge

Understand your frustration, but you should really give them a shot again. The unit, if it drains completely (no standby power left in battery) all you need to do is press the power button down for 10 seconds while it's plugged into charger. Once I learned this trick, any time my speaker was completely drained of power I just did this trick. Yes, you are right...you "shouldn't" have to research this and to be fair, this "tip" isn't in the materials offered by Bose (at least to my recollection)...but knowing this tip and how well this plays for the money I would certainly recommend giving this little speaker another try. It really is quite remarkable sound and battery life for the money. Also, there is an app, where you can customize battery saving options/sound options. Again, would recommend giving this another go....(even though you "shouldn't have to")
