I purchased on Ebay 252XL ink cartridges for my Epson WF-3640 printer. What I received was 2521, 2522, 2523, and 2524 XL's. Tried the 2521, the black, and I can't get it to print at all. I tried everything I know to do. Who do I call

Is the case slippery in your hand and on hard surfaces? I bought the Apple clear case when I purchased the phone and it slides everywhere in the car. Not sure whether to go with Speck clear or Otterbox.
