Enjoy your favorite titles with this iBUYPOWER gaming desktop. I just picked this up at my local best buy. They had in stock and ready to go, I also picked up an additional 2 TB hard drive as this one only had the 1 TB SSD installed. When I got it home it was well packed and secured. It also included a gamers keyboard and mouse. As I already have a higher end Keyboard and Mouse I will be using those instead. It was easy to find and install the 3.5 inch hard drive mount on the non glass side of the unit. Note: I also had to buy a SATA cable with hard drive not included. The 2TB hard drive was easy to mount but the SATA cable was a little difficult to plug in because of the location of the port but I was able to get it installed. I would have given a 5 star if not for the sloppy cable management under the metal cover. All the wires were loose and just haphazardly stuffed in. I had to untangle them and locate my plugs and had a difficult time closing up the case because of this.
I am having problems getting my serial numbers off off the Video card which appears to be an ASUS card to submit for warranty information and will probably need to take it out.
Other than that it was well packaged and once my new HD was installed it fired right up. The RGB case lights are nice. The computer went through start up no problem and appears to be running pretty quickly. Due to my location and internet service I cannot fully review its gaming speeds as I am currently downloading all my games.
I am running Dual monitors and they were easy to connect and were easily recognized by the video card.
One other thing I need to confirm and verify is online it stated it came with Battlefield 5, Anthem and Call of Duty Black Ops 4 digital download bundles free with purchase of qualifying RTX 2080 cards. I expected to find digital download cards in the packaging but there were none, I do not know if this is an I buypower promotion, Nvidia Graphics card promotion or a best buy promotion it does not clearly state how to claim. I will be following up with best buy on my next visit.
I am excited and looking forward to running and testing this system.

Other than the long 8 hr set time stated in instructions I set this to the plastic of my vehicles dashboard. It holds a Samsung Galaxy S7 with no issues, it is stable and secure. Does what it states. Also comes with spare adhesive disc in case you want to move.

Game update

If your trying to redeem Battlefield 5 and Anthem, the redeem codes should have been on the bottom of the computer purchase receipt, I had to contact Best buy support because mine did not have it. Best buy contacted me the next day with the redemption codes. You will need to download GeForce experience from invidia.com and have an original account to download. Hope this helps anyone having difficulties.

Can I use hotkeys, which I assume are G keys to be able to press a key on my keyboard to mute the mic immediately?

Yes, Logitech devices are extremely programmable, in fact it comes pre programmed that the top button is for turning the mic on and off, second button turns on/off surround sound and 3rd is to cycle through sound effects. once you download the Logitech software you can program any of the buttons to do about anything you want, hotkeys,recordable keystroke macros they even have hot keys for Ventrilo and other programs. I love this set. Lights are programmable too in many different set ups again through the Logitech soft ware. Hope this helps.

Just received one of these as a gift, was curious how I obtain the free game/games?
If you purchased during the promotional period all three game codes will be included on the bottom of your receipt. Black ops 4 will be redeemed through Intel and battlenet and battlefield v and Anthem through gforce experience and origin for both. If codes are not on receipt contact customer support and provide a copy of your receipt. They should supply any missing codes
