Very Disappointing EXPENSIVE TV

Great picture and feature rich tv. Frequently the tv becomes unresponsive using apps that came on the tv such as netflix or hulu and I have to pull the power cord and plug it back in to get it to work. Very disappointing for such a high end tv.
