The item arrived in the original box with no external wrapping. The box looked like it went through a war on the way to my home. Upon opening the package there was absolutely 0 packing or item protection. It appears they just threw the joy stick in the box and shipped it. Best Buy shippers are horrible. BUYER BEWARE WHEN BUYING ANY THING SHIPPED FROM BEST BUY

This is an awesome case. Very well thought out. One thing to note. If you are using an older mother board check to make sure is has a 5V RGB header available. The fans that come with the case are 5V RGB. If you don't like I did the fans will still work they just won't light up. My mother board did not and it was quite the endeavor to get the RGB to work. Finally found a solution that only cost me 20$.

As an old school gamer I was not sure I would like these on my controller. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised at how much I actually like these. I won't play without them now. They add a lot of comfort to the thumb sticks during extended play which I really like. If you are on the fence get a set and try them. Even though I think they are over priced I still use them.
