[Employee of bestbuy] We have tried this item two times. The first item's LED, which shows that the product is "on," never lit up and the fan power seemed minimal. We exchanged that item for a new one and the LED on the new item still doesn't work. We are unsure if the fan velocity is working as expected because the LED won't turn on (i.e. we don't know if the non-functioning LED is indicative of other issues). There is also no way to tell if the deodorizer feature works as we don't know when it is on or off.

So yea... I don't know if I am dumb, but I couldn't get this on my PS5 controller correctly. Stretching it as far as I could didn't make a difference and I could only get the front part lined up correctly. It still feels like an improvement, just wish it was flush with the controller (there are parts where I had to fold the grips).
