The movie is great but my gripe is with the studio

When this film was released i saw it in theaters. Loved it! It received great critic reviews and made the studio monet. What dif they do?…released it on blu ray only. This is beyond ridiculous. Less than a year later its released in 4k when it should’ve been in the first place. Thankfully its a nice steelbook and the soundtrack is in Atmos or else id decline repurchasing it.

Who really cares that your shipment was delayed…if its in the store, go get it! Best buy doesnt get affected by your one star reviews on a movie. The movie is the one that suffers cause youre too butthurt to understand the difference. Might I suggest leaving another review then call best buy to express your grievances. The box set is great! I ordered it from the store for pick up and guess what?…its there lol.

Movie is great, however Best Buy is not. This was the second pre-order in a row that was mysteriously delayed with no reason given. Why take pre-orders when you cannot even fulfill on time. Get your act together Best Buy before you lose what customers you have left to Amazon.

It’s not the fault of Best Buy that there is short supply. Pre orders were also taken prior to the supply issues we are currently facing. Threatening to go to Amazon, Target or Walmart will not do you any good either. No one and I mean no one has this title in stock at the present time. Like everyone else, you’re just going to have to be patient.

I recently purchased this model and am having issues with drm on a few apps. One specifically being movies anywhere. I cannot watch my movies in 4k and that defeats the purpose of purchasing a 4k television. Is this a known issue with a fix or one coming?
