I am writing this review in hopes this helps others thinking to buy them. This review is for 2 HomePod mini stereo paired.
I bought one black and one white. They have to be paired in the home app on an iPhone and then updated separately. This is a pain, but be patient. Once paired, you can use with airplay.
I personally just use them as a pair of speakers for my Mac mini. You can use airplay, or actually use as the audio output. I have issues with one speaker not working while the output, always works as airplay. You cannot use the EQ in airplay, only as output. Sometimes there is a gap in seamless tracks, sometimes there isn't.

It is not as simple as bluetooth speakers. They do not charge, but do require a USB-c power block (included, whew). My Mac mini would not power them despite having 4 usb-c jacks.
Music and movies sound great. 360 sound.
I used to have the JBL BT speaker, but it died. I am not mad I replaced it with these.

Pleasantly Surprised!

Since you cannot get consoles without giving up you're first born, I decided to join Stadia and give it a try on a computer at first using my xbox or ps4 controllers. I got a few games, MK11, NBA2k21, & Madden. I was very pleased. The game prices change often so just be patient.
I decided to get the Stadia Premiere to play on my TV. Nothing special just a 49 in LG 1080p.
After a bit of time in set up and syncing with the app on your smartphone, it should link to your stadia account. *It took a few tries and actually didn't work ultimately until I restarted my phone (iPhone 12).
Once I got it going I was actually floored. There was virtually no difference IMO between Stadia and a $500 system. Or the difference is so minor it doesn't really matter. I played on wifi and didn't have lag once. MK11 is a fast game, and it played perfectly.
My only gripe is the selection of games. They have a decent selection, but let.s be real, it is small. They do have new releases such as Far Cry 6 etc. I'm onboard to see where it goes. I say do it, it's really fun. AND you can cast your YT vids, Disney+ etc. to it.
Also it CAN be used with an ethernet cable. Hope any of this helps.

This is a great speaker. I use it with a Mac mini and a 21:9 monitor to watch movies. It has full sound. It has deep bass and can get very loud.
Sometimes I use with my iPhone for music as well. I do not use it to charge anything usually, but it is nice to have that option.
