I Dj and my laptop does get hot I have an out door gig would the cooling mat keep my laptop cool from over heating even outside in the heat of the day?
I've sat on my patio with the cooler on hot sunny days and have had no trouble. It may be something you simply have to try to find out. With most laptops nowadays, they will automatically kick in their own blower if too hot or shut off for a cool down period.
