I purchased these because they were the DOTD (Deal Of The Day) so it was a great price. I should have known there'd be a catch. I received the batteries very timely and was excited about that because the device I needed them for had just died that morning. I happily replaced the battery and went on my merry way.
Fast forward a week. My device's battery died again. I got another battery from this pack and for the first time noticed the date printed on it "Best Before Aug 2020".
Well, considering I'd purchased them online mid-Sept 2020, I was already past the recommended date and it was reflective on how long each of these would last. I guess I still did okay on the value of the purchase because I'm postponing the date of buying new ones in-person by a few weeks. (Why will I purchase the next ones in-person? To avoid this happening again.)

The product is pretty self-explanatory from the name. It's a toaster. For hot dogs. I purchased this while it was on the Deal of the Day and can honestly say I'll get my money's worth. It heats the hot dog thoroughly without causing it to blow up like my microwave did. I found that it burned my hot dog bun right at the edge where it sticks out from the toaster but it turns out I don't personally care if my bun is toasted so that part is not a big deal. I just won't use that portion. It does make a difference if you are using the hot dogs directly out of the refrigerator vs closer to room temperature so be sure to set the heat dial accordingly. I tried it on lower heat setting and it was lightly heated. I set it to the higher setting the next time and it was the perfect temp for my satisfaction.
If you are open to having another appliance and eat a lot of hot dogs, this is a great purchase! If, like me, you only eat them in spurts of time (when you are craving one so you buy a pack and then have 4-6 more left in the package so you eat them to avoid throwing them away), then def buy it on the DotD so you can pull it out for a bit, then put away until next time. ~smile~

Are these still a thing?What does everyone store on CD/DVD's nowadays.I'm too worried about future compatibility issues to use CDs.I put most everything on external hard disk/SD cards/etc (and I even a bit worried about those becoming obsolete).
Apparently these are still a 'thing' as I purchased one. I have hundreds of CDs, DVDs, and Blu-Rays and these are great for getting them stored using a smaller footprint.
