I was so excited to get this, got a great deal, love Samsung products. Then I plugged it in and the remote wouldn’t work. Had to unplug it and plug it back in. Then I was able to use it. Until the next time it froze up. This happened Several times the first week I had it. Not a good predictor of future quality. So I returned it. I also read that Samsung isn’t making blu ray players anymore. Bought a Sony, it works great.
