I had to return this product because it requires a software application download to use the full features. I needed this hub to use with multiple laptops, one of which is a work laptop that I don't have administrator privilege's to add software.
It worked fine with my personal laptops, but would not fully function with my work laptop. I consider this a downside. I returned it for a hub that is plug and play via windows.

The performance of this Best Buy branded water filter is comparable to the OEM GE water filter. The water it produces tastes as pure as the GE filter so I am going to keep getting these and save some money.
I can not say for sure whether it is the exact same filter as the GE one with Best Buy branding, but as far as I can tell it is. It has an identical feel and weight, and installs in a similar fashion.

How well does this work with Zoom mtgs? With current CB it freezes when I talk.
I am using this laptop with Zoom and it works well. It has more than enough horsepower to handle video conferencing. But remember it is necessary to have a strong wireless connection for videoconferencing. You can have the most powerful device available, but if your internet signal is weak your Zoom calls will always be substandard.

Yes it can be charged with any USB-C power adapter. If the adapter you are using has less power than the 45W adapter this laptop is equipped with, then it will charge much slower (about 8 hours to charge fully if not being used, as opposed to 1.5 hours with the charger that comes with the laptop). If you are actively using the laptop with a 5W adapter, then you will barely be able to maintain the current charge level and you will likely see it discharge somewhat.

OK, I see that one of the ports is Micro SD HD and one is Micro SD XC, and it looks like one might be HDMI. What are the other two?
The other 2 ports are USB-A and I used them to connect a wired mouse and wired keyboard. And yes it is a HDMI port.
