YES, they are expensive... but they are worth every single penny.
We bought them so that the washer and dryer would sit higher and that's a plus for my wife. As a bonus, we get the EXTRA storage space. (Our laundry room is pretty spacious so the extra space was just a plus)

Best Buy uses a 3rd party company for the delivery and installation of appliances, of course.
The two guys that came in to deliver our washer and dryer were AWESOME. GREAT positive attitude and they were extremely careful taking both items to our 2nd floor.

There are other subs around the same price range, for example, BOSE. However, the difference in quality is VERY noticeable.
Don’t get me wrong, the Bose sub sounds great. The only reason why I returned it is because the Sonos sounded much better.
