Best Tablet for the Price

Purchased this as Christmas gift for the wife when on sale for $69.99 (Black Friday). Probably one of the BEST "bang for the buck" buys I got this season. Big, smooth screen, great sound, up to date OS, and fast processor. Very impressed. Yes, there are better performers out there like high end Samsung and iPad, but at a MUCH higher cost. This does more than you'll ever need it to do. I'm considering getting me one at full price (somewhere around $100 ish) The reason for 4 vs 5 stars is it is not a high end product. If you compare it only to it's peers, I'd give it 6 stars.

Best Backups or Primary for the $$

I have Astros, and PS4 Gold Wireless (both are) but when I seen these on sale for $39 I couldn't pass up for a "wire backup" solution. These plug into my PS4 controller no muss, no fuss, plug and play. Everyone says my voice sound great (Better than my PS4 Gold which sound like you're in a tube) about the same as the Astros. The sound quality is not at par with the others, but it is surprisingly good. I used these as everydays for a while, over my PS4 Golds, until the Astros went on sale, and if those fail I will use these over the Golds I purchased my son a backup pair also I mean at that price, you can't beat it. Highly recommend these!

Very Easy to use and sounds great

My first receiver I purchased years ago was a Yamaha, which sounded great, but to operate the remote...OMG very complicated, so I sold it, and got a Sony much easier, but still a little complicated imho, but sounded just as good. Fast fwd 8 years, and now an upgrade. This one was on sale and I now have 4K everything with my Klipcsh setup only supporting 5.2 (not enough for 7.2) I chose this one, plus the price $179. Sound wonderful, but the kicker is it has a GUI (graphical interface) that pops up on your TV that makes adjusting things so much easier. Love that feature. Recommend this!

Tons of space for the price

I got this for $20.00 ($120 off) it works great, and you can't beat the storage space you get for your phone for this price!!!! But pay attention to your phone to ensure it will accept 128GB or tablet, as some only got to 32GB or 64GB. Most "newer ones" will be fine, but check to be sure. I recommend!

Frees up a LOT of SPACE on power strips

If you have a teen, chances are you have a PS4, TV, L.E.D. lights in back of TV, Fire Stick, Wireless HeadPhones, PS4 controllers, Tablet, Cell Phone, Alexa Echo Dot, and who knows what else on your kids dresser/desk in their room, plugged into 5 power strips LOL, This thing saves SO MUCH SPACE on a power strip, takes one spot and I've got my kid's Echo Dot, FireStick, L.E.D. strip, Cell Phone, Tablet and or a headset/PS4 controller (extra) charging while he plays with others. I'm going to get one for living room, where we have guests "Are you done charging that, can I use it" mount it under coffee table and let multiple people plug in (The cords for these are very cheap on Amazon)

Great Product, I've purchased this before, works great for all my backup needs (I also have a 2TB for my PS4) but this one I couldn't pass up since I am scanning ALL my photos, and the price was 79.99 for 4TB and a stick thrown in for good measure!!!! Can't beat it. When these are on sale around 99ish GET ONE! You need to back up your important files. You'll be glad you did. If you're a gamer, 4TB will let you install EVERY game on the planet LOL (just about) I have a 2TB and have ALL COD's from Ghost on up, all Destiny's, Fortnite and both Star Wars, and probably 27 games total and am only using 40% of my resources.

I use this daily just in case of accident documentation or to document a stop by law enforcement. It a great tool for that, basically "an undeniable witness". The price on sale is unbeatable for what you get. Great quality video. Night video is weak though. What I didn't know thought is that it is a 5 minute loop recorder, and I thought that was ALL I got. So was real disappointed at first until I popped in the SDCARD to PC. There were many many 5 minute clips going back a day or two. Plus you have a button to save and "EVENT" if there is one you want to ensure is saved. Recommend. But only on sale.

Great gifts and safe way to buy on PSN

I used to used my Credit card on PSN, but with all they Cyber attacks (I work in Cyber BTW) I removed my info, and I purchase these to fill my "PSN Wallet" then make a purchase. Keep in mind though, as I just found out trying to pump in $180 for Blops 4 ($99) and the Destiny Add on ($80) that it stated "you are exceeding Gift card wallet limit" around the $105 amount when I tried to plug in another $20 at that point. So I purchased Blops, then added the rest, then purchased Forsaken (Destiny 2) I've done it via the Console, but this time I did it via the PC so you can do it multiple ways.

Enjoy smart access to videos, games and apps with this Amazon Fire TV stick. Its Alexa voice remote lets you deliver hands-free commands when you want to watch television or engage with other applications. With a quad-core processor, 1GB internal memory and 8GB of storage, this portable Amazon Fire TV stick works fast for buffer-free streaming.

I have a note 9 and TMobil phone service with free Netflix so I ordered the Amazon fire stick. Do I have to add another line and get a wifi box ? I currently have direct TV. But want to get rid of my high bill. Also tmobil had to give me a booster to get

No you don't have to get another line, you can sign in to Netflix acct (same one) on the firestick. If you are asking about internet to the firestick, you can hotspot your phone (which shares your phones 4G but acts like a router) But I would only suggest that if you have unlimited or monitor you bandwidth usage. Also, if that's the case or if you have DSL or Cable only internet such as I, we too go tired of DTV high bills and got 4 firesticks and Playstation VUE which is $45 up depending on package, plus we had Amazon prime for shipping purposes, so there was that, then added Netflix, and our bill is still half of DTV's was So research VUE also, but you should be fine with Netflix question.

Sounding stupid here but is that what I want to add usb ports to my computer. I recently bought a all in one HP (yeah, I already know!) and it needs more usb ports. Will it plug into the wall and into the computer? Thanks for your help.

Aman is correct, this product is for charging only. What your are looking for is a USB Hub. Here is a link to one at BB. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/insignia-4-port-usb-3-0-hub-black/4333600.p?skuId=4333600

What is the length of the cord?

The specs do not really tell you, but I recall mine reaching from the floor to the top of my child's dresser which is above 3ft So I'd say 3 to 3.5 ft

What are the watts per channel of this receiver. It says 145 watts power but does it use less per channel. I need it for a hard wired Bose accoustmass 10 home theater which can take only 100 w per channel

This is really a common sense question to be honest. I'm not trying to come across the wrong way, but it's easier for me to put it in simple terms. Most of my speakers have always handle less per channel than the unit that drives it. In your case 145W out, but your speaker only handles 100W ? If I understand you. Here's the deal. NEVER in my life have I ever maxed out the volume on a stereo head unit EVER! You stated you have BOSE which is GREAT speakers, I have Klipsch, also great. Let me tell you, running my volume to 1/4th the way will be more than most people can handle; hence I will never see 145W per channel. If I took mine to half volume, I would literally blow out my windows. Now I have "maxed" out car stereos before and when they reach a certain point there is distortion, this is the point where the speaker cannot handle the power now more, back it down or blow the speaker. It really is that simple. This unit should be just fine for you. And if you ever get to half volume, your speakers will be fine, but your neighbors my not LOL

Is this receiver network ready

It is not "Network Ready" as in no Wifi or NIC/RJ45 (No internet) but it does have Bluetooth with easy pairing to your devices such as your cell phone, I play may Amazon Prime via my Cell phone all the time #JamOut.

Will I be able to play my vcr through this unit ? Thank you.

Only if your VCR has an HDMI output. Or you only want the Audio from your VCR to play through the Sony Receiver, with the Video going straight to the TV. The Sony Receiver only has HDMI inputs (4) with one output. (HDMI does both video and audio) and/or it has 4 (RCA type audio only inputs), 1 RCA type digital audio only input, and 1 optical audio only input. I hope I didn't get too technical for you. (Non technical version: If you have an old VCR probably not, if you have a fancy new VCR, then probably, or if you know how to hook up RCA video to the TV, and the RCA audio to the Sony Receiver)

Can I record live on Facebook?

I would say "NO" but being a tech guru myself, I could probably link it up to a usb then to a PC and "make it happen" but without doing backflips and standing on your head and a few chicken sacrifices.......No. Video has to be recorded, then taken from the SDCARD to upload. There is no stream.
