Monitor is great right out of the box. not alot to have to dial in to have clear excellant experience whether you are working or playing. RGB lighting on the screen is not something a novice could do and you would need some pc experience and a gaming rig to use. Price of this unit is high at $500 but you can find it on sale.

We ordered the wireless pro game controllers (red and blue) but they won’t work! What could be the problem?
You need to charge them. A great way to charge it is to plug them into the system and put the system on its docking station or plug it in. It's the only way to charge the controllers or buy a charging dock for the controllers itself. The nintendo branded one goes for $25. If charging them doesnt work they may be defective. Make sure you have synced them to the system as well. Once you hook them into the counsel they should sync to it.
