Had an initial hiccup do to cancellation due to weather- was not communicated until morning of when it should have been known that weather was going to be ok- On subsequent delivery the two man crew was great, called to let me know they were on the way, accommodated a difficult entry ( had to use the back door) and quickly installed the unit
