I purchased this as part of a great sale. Used it 4 two weeks. Did some rearranging of stuff, it tipped over on it's side and it stopped working. I have another WD 14Tb drive which I've been using to store alot of my DVDs. I disconnected it and boxed it up for when I need it

I really love this show very much and I am super PO'd that they delivered just 7 season 5 episodes and the rest of the season will be back in the spring. It's no wonder why most younger people don't watch television any more. No consistency in programming. As for extras it's normal for ABC shows to be VERY cheap on extras on their DVDs. In any event picture quality is great though I wish it were available on bluray (ANOTHER ABC cheapie feature)

Great television - very hard to assemble base

This is my 3rd LG 4K television. I decided to get this because I wanted a smaller screen and it also has the most applications without the need for Roku or Amazon Fire. One thing that ALMOST made me return it was this. There are absolutely no instructions to install the base. Called LG transferred twice and was told by person to watch a Youtube video. I had to watch it at least a dozen times to figure it out. Thankfully the guy stayed on the phone until I got it assembled. $1100 and they couldn't even include a URL for assembly instructions.

At first all I could do with this was receive phone calls. I called support several times. On the third call I wanted to cancel and they REALLY did not want to give up on me, so...the third time was a charm. The guy who helped me was in the Philippines (2AM-I could hear a rooster in the background). He send a firmware update and lo and behold I could make and receive phone calls.

I have a ubp-x1100es connected to the internet and I can't get connected to vudu. This is Sony's flagship it has to be able to get vudu. How?
