Good function and range

I did struggle initially with setup but was able to call for technical support and get the setting corrected so it would work. It was more difficult for me because I have an older laptop that has its own issues which I needed to use to change a setting. Once it worked, we get good internet throughout the house and even in our yard by our pool.

We bought two of these and our kids love riding on them in the garage. They’ve put many hours on them already. The kids are great about plugging them back in after each use. So we haven’t had issues with batteries. It’s easy to connect music to also. Since it’s winter, we haven’t been able to test them outside yet but we bought them because they’re bigger and heavier and we live in the country and hope to use them on the gravel driveway and in the grass. If I remember correctly, they hold up to 250lbs. So my husband and I have learned to ride them too and our friends have also had fun on them. They’re spendier than some smaller ones we’ve seen but we mainly bought them for function and durability.

Works now but had issues with initial setup

We needed wifi in our garage but our router couldn’t stay connected due to the distance. So we bought this wifi extender to see if it would help. At setup, we had troubles with it connecting. We repeated the steps multiple times. So then we called Linksys customer support and they did a great job at continuing to try things until we got it to connect and then they followed through with making sure we had a strong internet connection where we needed it. Our smart tv gets internet in the garage now!

Great when it works/stays connected to wifi

First time I put the lightbulb in our lamp, it worked great and we could turn it on and off with Alexa commands. I’d give it 5 stars but it stopped responding to voice commands and I’m not sure why. I understand it’s having an internet connection issue now but I’m not sure why that changed when it worked before and I’m not sure how to fix it. We have internet. So when I turn it on and it blinks, why doesn’t it find it? We’ve also recently added a wifi extender near that lamp (for our garage). Maybe I need to reset it somehow. When a bulb becomes a hassle, I find having a “dumb bulb” is just easier.
