The online manual is for installation and doesn't get into any detail as to operation of the washing machine. Is there a resource where I can get the actual users guide or manual? Again, the link on the Best Buy page doesn't provide any clarification.

I have had m 21 yrs with NO problem until now as the spin cycle (last 5 minutes) agitates very hard like it is going to burst so I just stop my machine and ring out my clothes. My repair man said they have no part old, and the new Maytag are tinny?
