No, they purposefully did this, and I think that you can bet it's for the money. The bluetooth architecture for both have differing standards. I too, have bought both. The PS version has a USB adaptor for it, where as the Xbox version connects just through the system. I tried utilizing the USB adaptor on my Xbox, it did not work. I tried just hooking my Xbox Stealth 700's via Bluetooth, it too did not work.
