The best headphones I've found for Xbox. This is my second pair, since one of the brackets for the earpiece broke. That part is a little cheaply made, it's quite fragile but if they're taken care of properly, they will last. The comfort with the headband is incomparable to other brands. Quality sound, bluetooth capable for mobile devices. They are well worth the money.

Faulty Battery

Within 6 months, the battery has died. I havent the slightest what happened. I take extremely good care of my things, great care of my electronics. I don't slam my things in anger, or frustration. Never did I throw or slam this headset. It just completely died on it's own. Turtlebeach's warranty standards appear to only cover 90 days. I have sent them an email and will update accordingly, but in my honest opinion, I would avoid Turtle Beach products, because this isn't the first headset I've ran into issues with.

I know there are two versions of this headset (this one for Xbox One/Series X and one Playstation 4/5) but I plan on owning both systems. Is there any way I can use one on both without having to buy two different headsets?
No, they purposefully did this, and I think that you can bet it's for the money. The bluetooth architecture for both have differing standards. I too, have bought both. The PS version has a USB adaptor for it, where as the Xbox version connects just through the system. I tried utilizing the USB adaptor on my Xbox, it did not work. I tried just hooking my Xbox Stealth 700's via Bluetooth, it too did not work.

Can I mirror my smartphone and watch YouTube? What additional gadgets do I need for proper installation?
No, you can't. You have to have the Kenwood app installed and the Kenwood app is absolutely useless. It crashes constantly, additionally when you try to use YouTube on the Kenwood touchscreen, it isn't a mirror version. So you have to go through the touchscreen to search for videos, and when you try to pull up the keyboard in the search pane, it has not functioned for us at all. I would not recommend this model.
