This hose was not needed for installation however the technician told me he had to have it. I had one already and we argued about why he had to have a new one verses the one I had that was 11 months old. Disappointed! I was so unhappy with these 2 delivery installers. Install it yourself.

Love this washer. Took a bit of practice to get it full of water because I'm old school and didn't think just a bit of water would work. I don't feel my whites get clean unless I increase the water level. Once cycle starts to agitate I add water by turning on inside water button until water level is where I want it.

Technician Wouldn't Listen!

The technicians installed my washer (against my request) in the dryers place. This caused me to have to purchase a longer vent hose. He wouldn't move it when I asked, said this is where it goes. Disappointed and had my husband put them in the right spot for me. You're best to install yourself:
