Cybertron has fallen. When Optimus Prime sends Bumblebee to defend Earth, his journey to become a hero begins. DRAGGED ACROSS CONCRETE follows two police detectives who find themselves suspended when a video of their strong-arm tactics is leaked to the media. With little money and no options, the embittered policemen descend into the criminal underworld and find more than they wanted waiting in the shadows.

While visiting Tijuana, Mexican-American Gloria (Gina Rodriguez) is kidnapped by a violent drug cartel and forced to work for them, smuggling cash across the border. She soon becomes caught between the cartel and the DEA, and with neither side particularly concerned for her safety, Gloria must learn to fend for herself if she hopes to make it out alive.
