Tv was a gift. Came damaged with black line down side of screen. Called for a replacement. Customer service was very helpful replacing. Tv has beautiful picture. 4 stars for pic and value took a star away for the hassle of damaged and having return and still waiting for the credit on my account. Had to make to many calls to customer service to resolve issues.

I read all reviews before purchasing and was like finally a Good one so wrong. This pit is definitely not for new user and the handle gets o hot you can’t even touch it without a potholder to remove. It’s so heavy to move and the steam could 3rd degree burn you if not carful. And not sure why but water pools under the pot while it’s cooking. This is a horrible instant pot and I’m sorry I bought it. It will be going back. So disappointed. And no one at Best Buy is even helpful to ask questions.
