This tv has the inkiest blacks, and the most vibrant colors I've seen in almost any TV set. If you're buying a TV that's not an OLED, and you didn't buy this TV you've probably made a mistake. Unless you just have to have HDMI 2.1 this TV looks better than a Sony X900h, and has lower input lag and better motion handling than a Vizio P or PX series. It games well, it's great for movies, it even looks pretty good in a lowlight room. There are only 2 reasons not to buy this TV if you're considering it. If your room has a number of far off axis viewing then you might want to consider another TV, if you truely for some reason need HDMI 2.1 even though no PS5 or Xbox Series games support 120hz at 4K right now.

Would be better if it supported higher frame rate Dolby Vision, and HDR10+ as well. Otherwise the perfect streaming device especially if you watch older content that needs upscaling. AI upscaling makes 1080p content look very close to Native 4K.

Great for a 4K monitor and actual useable speakers

Works great, and looks great. I picked this up to use as a monitor for my laptop while I'm at my desk. It's about the same price as a budget 4K monitor, but much larger. It doesn't have any Freesync or Gsync tech but the only gaming I'd intend to do on this would be from a console where that matters much less. With 4k displays for PC for productivity at this price range you have to make a decision of do you want a smaller display that you're going to lose some desktop real estate due to scaling or are you going to get a 40+" display where you can turn off scaling, get all the space for your windows you're working with and have to turn your head a little to see the far edges of the screen. While great for working on this is also great for 4K media when you want to take a break. Even though the max brightness on this TV is in what some critics would say is the HD AREN'T zone HDR content does look pretty good on this set. The smart TV features are quite nice, but not quite as good as having a dedicated streamer if you have streaming preferences that lean outside of the most major of services or are an Anime fan since the only Anime centered streaming service supported at the time of writing this is Funimation. HBO Max is also not present on this so plan on using a computer or other streaming box if you want to watch Wonder Woman 84 or Game of Thrones. The Speakers actually surprised me the most since I'm used to TV speakers being hot garbage at best even at the high end. This will still benefit from better speakers from a sound bar or Surround sound system if you're making this your main TV for movies, but the speakers on this sound good enough that it's not an immediate necessity.

Wanted to love this product as a replacement for Echo show, but it is not compatible with Ring doorbells. The whole reason to get a smart speaker with a screen for me is to have a screen away from my tablet, phone, or computer that can show me my doorbell and security cameras. My elderly father needs one because he can’t use a computer, tablet, or smartphone, but he’s able to interact with a smart speaker. If you out who you’re getting this for isn’t already locked into ring products I suspect this is really good, but unfortunately Amazon has locked google assistant out of interacting with key features of devices from their company so do extra research before buying because just because the box says compatible with google assistant doesn’t always mean fully compatible.

Glad I got this keyboard. I wanted to go wireless, and ended up going with this and a G502. The low profile switches are the biggest game changer. Typing on this keyboard is truly effortless. The keys are super responsive, and while still clicky not excessively loud. The tactile bump is right at the point of actuation so there’s no doubt about when the key has been activated. If you want a quieter keyboard it also comes in tactile and linear options. I might still switch mine out for the tactile since that’s the part I’m the most picky about, but if you’re a fan of clicky keys specifically this won’t let you down there. Battery life is also excellent I’ve only had to charge it once a week. It is expensive, but I work in IT and game on PC while also competing in CTF competitions. If you want to spend a little less and don’t need/want the wireless the G815 is the same keyboard but wired.

It’s not as blazing fast as an M2 NVME drive, but this is more than enough for most OS drives. Pair this with a multi terabyte hard drive for games and media and you’re good to go. I’ve got one in my laptop, and 3 in my desktop because I run Windows, And a couple flavors of Linux.

These headphones have great detail retrieval while maintaining good low end. I primarily use these with my PC with an external DAC, but also sometimes with my phone. They’re excellent with music, movies, and all media. Having previously used mainly gaming headsets with my PC these are way better. I now use a Blue Yeti Mic on a microphone stand and don’t think I’ll go back to a gaming headset. These are very well detailed And if you haven’t owned a high end pair of headphones or speakers you’ll be likely to hear things you never knew were there in your favorite music. The amount of detail retrieval can be a double edged sword if you watch a lot of YouTube Or Twitch as you will notice microphone peaking that you may not have heard before luckily I’ve only run into this with a hand full of creators/streamers. Definitely give these a recommendation especially if you find them on sale. These are also very comfortable and light I’ve worn them for 6-8 hours at a time with no hot spots or any other discomfort.

Works fine as a lapdesk, and maybe even for dorm room bed use. This however doesn't work well on a desk as a stand. The same padding that makes it work well on your lap is slippery and slides on hard surfaces. The small and smooth bottom ledge on the laptop holder also tends to let laptops slide off of this. Not such a big deal on your lap or bed possibly damaging on a desk or table.

Bought these a little while ago because I had already replaced my center channel with a larger speaker and I wanted to Balance out my front stereo channels. I've listened to these in movies and music, and they work great in both situations. I find myself actually listening to music more now because these work just as well in Stereo modeas they do in surround. If you're buying these for a surround sound system be sure to pick up the matching center channel as well.

Seriously oscar material. It was snubbed in 2016/2017, but it was better than any of the nominated films. This film is an emotional rollercoaster and a touching tale. After my first viewing of this movie it immediately gained a place in my top ten Anime movies of all time. The cinematography and sound editing are quite amazing as well, and they play so well off of each other. I would recommend this to anyone that likes anime with unique and emotional stories.

Can a roku stick be plugged into the tv so that all possible applications can be seen(netflix,etc) when turning the tv on?
Yes. It has 4 HDMI ports, and 2 USB ports so you can plug in whatever streaming device you like, and you can set the TV to go to the last input that you used so once you've switched to the HDMI port input for your Roku stick it will go back to that HDMI port unless you change the input.

The screensaver turns on every 5 minutes even if dazn is playing. Is something going to be released to fix this or allow the screensaver to be turned off? Not interested in a tv that requires me to hit a button every 5 minutes. Horrible horrible feature.
There are settings you can use to turn that off, but honestly Smart TV features are horrible as far as TV built in OSes go. Get yourself a streaming stick or box, and you'll be much happier. A Chomecast, FireTV, Apple TV, or Nvidia Shield TV are are all much better choices. I'd suggest a Chromecast or Apple TV for most people, and a Shield TV if you have a Surround Sound receiver instead of a sound bar or watch lots of 1080p or standard definition content.

Xbox included, but not in box. Will i get a voucher mailed or e-mailed?
Xbox Gamepass is supported by the game bar no Xbox needed. You should have gotten the Xbox series wireless Controller given to your at your Best Buy separate from the TV, but you have to bring it up to them, and push on it. A lot of Best Buy's are really bad about telling this to their employees. My local Best Buy hadn't heard of it, and their manager wasn't helpful either even after I showed them on their website. Go back, and talk to the manager, and then call/mail corporate about it after.

Does the Samsung have weird requirements ( like the LG) that.require you to sign away any privacy you might have in order to mirror from mobile phone, etc? We’re considering giving away our new 70” LG because of ridiculous requirements
Not that I saw. If you use an Apple device you can use Airplay and clone your screen from an iPhone or ipad no additional requirements needed. You can also use Smart Things hub or Chomecast. Personally I don't leave those functions to the internal components of my TV most of the time. I test it in case I want it, but even a Chomecast with Google TV generally has a better interface than any TV manufacturer. If you have Apple Devices spending the extra money for a 3rd Gen Apple TV 4K is honestly worth the price. I use an NVIDIA Shield TV Pro because my surround sound system is picky and the Shield TV supports more audio formats, but the interface on the Apple TV is much nicer and definitely an improvment over the Smart TV OS for either Samsung or LG.

I stream everything and I am noticing with a few apps on the TV I am having to log in every single time I use it. Am I missing a feature where you are able to save your logins so you do not have to login every time?
You're missing a dedicated streaming box. Tizen is pretty clunky. Any streaming device that's not internal Tizen TV OS is going to server you much better. I used the internal smart TV apps for a few minutes, but like every smart TV I ended up going back to my Streaming box after I did some initial tests to see what the capabilities were. Do yourself a favor and get yourself a Apple TV 4K, Google Chromecast with Google TV 4K, or an Nvidia Shield TV Pro. You'll thank yourself later when you're not at the mercy of Samsung for app updates, and you don't have to deal with Tizen's clunky interface and intermitent at best ability to store credentials.

Why is my new JBL 5.1 soundbar getting very warm at the middle top of the bar even when not in use? Very concern, perhaps will return it and get a different brand.
Do you turn it off when you’re not using it? If not that’s probably why. The built in amplifier is probably still receiving power. This doesn’t happen on the unit I bought for my parents as long as it’s turned off when not in use.
