Bought this for my home office. Picture quality is good and I like the new Samsung remote included. Fairly easy set up. Paper thin size is nice. I probably should have bought a little bigger one, but this one is lightweight, easily moveable and comes with detachable legs.

We've had this for about a month. Our old washer didn't drain any longer after about 12 years, so we opted to replace it. We have had Samsung washers & dryer for a long time. We needed one ASAP so we ended up with a black one, which is fine, having a matching washer & dryer isn't important to me. What I really like is the extra capacity in the 5.0 cu feet. We do lots of bulky loads with blankets and dog beds, so this option is awesome. It is pretty quiet and efficient. Love the quick wash option. So far this is a good one. I really don't care about the Smart features to be honest. I work from home now so I don't see the value in controlling it from my phone and having another thing to pull on my wifi and to worry about cyber security, so I can't speak to those features.

I really like the lightweight thin Samsung TVs. This one had a very heavy odd stand that comes with it that I am not fond of, but since we were mounting it on the wall the stand was irrelevant.

Also as a secondary tv to our 65 inch Qled to watch on football Saturdays to be able to stream multiple games without flipping channels. Good tv, minor quirks

We like the tv and the clear picture. Couldn’t decide between the 65” and 75”. I am thinking the 75” would’ve fit and should’ve gotten that, but this price was good. I like the lower profile legs on the stand instead of the old style Samsung tv, so that’s a marked improvement. The only odd thing we’ve noticed is that sometimes during darker scenes in movies that the picture fades in& our briefly, like it’s trying to auto-balance the picture.

i needed a separate storage to hold back
up photos to free up space in my phone. it hasn’t been all that easy to get them there since the iphone settings for any photos that have the few seconds of movement show up as videos. and it saved the files to the storage drive as multiple folders. so hopefully i can clean it up and make it easier to use. but i wouldn’t say this was incredibly easy to use.

Turn off cellular data on your phone during setup, it interferes with the wifi signal. The neato wifi connection is only for initial setup on the app. You designate your wifi through the app steps. I’d call Neato customer service if you can’t connect. Once i turned off cellular data on my phone, neato connected immediately. No issues.
