I was looking to improve on my Win10 computer. Old had 12 GB RAM, this has 32 GB. Old had 1 TB hard drive space , this has 2 TB. Old had 128 MB graphics card, this is 8 GB. My old computer was an i7 and this is an i9 Ultra 275HX. And it's Windoze 11, so it's current OS. Now if I can figure out how to keep it from bogging down as it gets older, it'll be great!

Great 11x17 prints!

Works great but the 1 issue I have has to do with the 11x17 paper tray. Both tray 1 and tray 2 have an item attached to the tray that limits how much 11x17 paper can be put in the tray. The picture has it in the red square. It doesn't limit the letter or legal size, only the 11x17. Is that its purpose or can I remove the annoying widget in my 11x17 tray?

Geek Squad protection has been a lifesaver. Yes, on little items it doesn't make sense. But, on big ticket items, like TVs and appliances, get it. We had Geek Squad protection on a top TV we bought. Not naming names but it was garbage. The screen suddenly changed from full color to where the left half of the screen was black and white and the right half was color. 4 repair visits that only fixed it temporarily or had defective parts delivered until, because we had the Geek Squad protection, we were allowed to return it, for a full refund, and pick something else.

Adapts the phone, and iPad, USB-C jack to be able to use my regular headphones! The only thing that could make this better is to be able to charge at the same time. But, that is a shortcoming of the phone and iPad, not of this product. But, it would be something to think about: an adapter that allows you to still plug in a charger. Of course, the other option is to use this with a wireless charger that you can just lay your device onto and still listen to headphone music or whatever.

Love the phone. Love that it can take the moisture when I take a shower. But, I have had more mistaken texts than ever because the setting are difficult to figure out. Do I want to see a new text messages on my lock screen? Yes. Do I want to be able to respond without unlocking my phone? No. But, so many times I unlock my phone to find that a call or text came in and, while in my shirt pocket, it magically unlocked, typed in gibberish, and sent it, unbeknownst to me. So, I have to lock it down, totally. No lock screen notices, at all. That's the OS problem, not the phone.

How can I release my AirPods Pro from this case so that I can pair it again with my iPhone?
It's not easy but it is possible to take the AirPods Pro case out of this case. We had to do take the AirPods out of this case twice before getting them to pair with our iPad Pro. It's not easy but it is doable. Just a smidge on this side, then a smidge on the other, back and forth until it finally comes out.
