Not a bad PC

Purchased the PC for work/gaming (quarantine purchase) as I don't know when I'll be able to work from an office again. I bought a gaming computer as well because I do photography work on the side and running Adobe eats up a lot of system resources.
When I bought the computer I also purchased 32GB RAM (two CORSAIR - Vengeance RGB PRO 3.2GHz PC4-25600 DDR4 DIMM sticks). I installed the new RAM without issue (the CPU case makes it really easy to open up) but my computer doesn't seem any faster. The computer registers both RAM sticks but the computer is testing slow. I went into the BIOS setting and found that there is no option to look at the RAM. I'm not super computer savvy but I believe I should have an NB frequency at/around 4200MHz and a DRAM Frequency close to 1500MHz. I'm currently clocking 1064MHz on both NB and DRAM.
I spoke with customer support and they said that you can overclock in the Omen Command Center. There is no option to overclock in the OMEN Command Center. I tried to contact them again but got stuck in the fabled HP Customer Support loop.
I'm going to look at upgrading the memory card soon as that would likely take care of the issue.
The PC is still great for gaming, however, and runs smoothly (a little overheating when using a lot of Photoshop). The PC should have come with 16GBs of RAM out of the gate, and a BIOS that allows more versatility. Easily a 5 star computer regardless. 4 stars because I'm annoyed at HP Customer Support.

I bought these after returning the Corsair Virtuoso headset. These are much better than the Corsair Virtuoso headset (which quit working after 2 weeks).
This is, hands-down, the BEST gaming headset on the market. It works well with PS4 and PC. The audio is deep, surround sound works well, and the mic is perfect. The wireless range on the headset is amazing and I can freely move about my house without interruption (within reason). Having Bluetooth capability is awesome as well. These have replaced my goto Sony over the ear headset for music and work calls.
I have a giant head and its a tad tight. I have to put it on in a specific way to fit my ears under the headphones...but its not uncomfortable. I also bought one of the skin/band replacements on their website (liked the design) and they seem to fit a little better.

I was very excited to use these headphones. I have a few other Sony headsets for listening to music and for studio use (film and podcasts). I figured that these would have the same quality as their other headphones. I was wrong.
The headset would randomly drop connection from the PS4 Pro frequently (my PS4 is about 8 feet from my couch). When the sound worked it was amazing

Clear sound on PC and PS4. Easy setup and flawless wireless. The microphone is clear and no one has issues hearing my voice. It's very comfortable to wear (I have a giant head and glasses and they're not too tight like other headsets). The surround sound on console isn't the best but is passable.
There are a couple of annoying thing that are annoying. One is how the mute button doesn't work if you're manually plugged into a PS4 controller via an aux cable. The other is how you can't change the RGB when playing on console. Can't change review - but AVOID

I posted my initial review after owning the headset for a week or so. Literally THE NEXT DAY the mic died. The headset still sounded great but no one could hear me on my mic. I tested on a few different sound recording apps and found the issue was with the mic (as it replicated on my PS4, xbox, and PC). I made at ticket and was provided very little support. The agent told me they would send me a pair of refurbished headphones. That seemed unacceptable to me as I haven't owned the headset for very long. After Googling the issue I found that there are many other reports of other people having the same issue with the headphones. I elected to return them to Best Buy and purchased the Steel Series Arctis Pro Wireless. They were much more expensive, unfortunately, but are AMAZING headphones. They're not as comfortable as the Virtuoso's ... but they work.
I generally love Corsair products and have everything else loaded out with Corsair swag (keyboard, headphone stand, computer parts, mouse) - I just wish the headphones were quality like the rest of their products. This was a major disappointment for a high priced/end headset. Spend a little more for the Steel Series - especially if you play PS4 (haven't tested the Steel Series on Xbox yet) and PC.

WHEN WATCHING A MOVIE OR YOU TUBE IS THERE A DELAY IN THE VOICES
This is mostly true for all wireless headsets. It helps a little if you turn off/dock the right earpiece. Works better on Android than Apple (because of what encryption Apple uses). I have had multiple Bluetooth headsets, and almost all of them have delays of some sort. Most over the ear headphones work much better.
