Helpdesk sucks

I have mixed feelings on this. I bought the geek squad warranty. I was told that supercedes the manufacturer. My washer less than 30 days old began spraying out the door.
Repair came the first time no issue with that. Man stated that it happened again call back. They will bring a replacement washer. As soon as we started a load same issue. I call bestbuy 800 and I am put on hold 45 minutes. I call back and get told geek squad warranty does not supercede manufacturer warranty.
So the next morning I go to the store before they open a guy is in a geek squad car and I tell him.
He then takes my info and sets me up with a new washer. The Helpdesk is pathetic but local people actually do their jobs.
