Alongside the recent Braveheart release comes this Gladiator 20th anniversary 4K SteelBook release. The movie has been well-reviewed at this point so I will briefly speak to the presentation itself and it is fantastic! The interior is particular interesting with a shot of the Tigris of Gaul sequence and it captures one of the best moments in the film. I am pleasantly surprised the US received such an excellent SteelBook. Keep them coming!

At this point I'm sure most folks know all about the movie Braveheart, so I'll speak to the packaging specifically. This is for the 4K SteelBook 25th anniversary edition, and what a fantastic presentation it is! The spine is an area where I usually have the most critique in a SteelBook version as it's often overlooked but this one hits the mark. The front and back are well-presented, with some of the artwork I've seen for a home video release of this film. Keep them coming!

ARE ALL THE BLU RAYS REGION FREE?
Blu-ray discs, like DVD, contain region coding, but many-many titles are region free unlike what we experienced with DVD. Also, Blu-ray discs use only three regions instead of DVD's original eight. The three regions are:
Region A: North, Central, South America, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia.
Region B: Europe (EU), Africa, Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand.
Region C: Russia, India, China, and the rest of the world.
Some Blu-rays will show as region ABC, which is essentially a region free disc.
