This was a washer and dryer delivery. Delivery and set up were good. They set the washer on the Pedestal we purchased. I was not home during install but when I got home found out they did not install the pedestal for the Washer. The Washer is very awkward for me by my self to lift for the pedestal to go underneath.
I'm hoping delivery service will read this and correct. I have contacted best buys a few times with them saying someone will get back to me but none have.
