I purchased this robot vacuum for my parents and they love it! They are in there late 60's and they do not worry about sweeping or vacuuming their home as much. after a couple of months the wheel didn't work. I called support and "Carlos" help me troubleshoot the unit and after determining the unit needed service. bObsweep paid for the shipment to send the unit for repair and less than two weeks they received the unit back. Through this whole process the rep Carlos kept providing updates on the unit. I am very please with there customer Service and will continue to purchase from bObsweep!

It pickups any movement and you can turn and view the area and even speak through the microphone. The other thing I like about it once you program through ring you are part of the "Ring Community" meaning everyone that has a Ring can post to the web site to provide you with alerts like this intruder was caught looking into our vehicle or house. That is good to know because you get real time alerts. The police are limited to what they can do for someone peeking into your car because they didn't break in. But you are alerted through the Ring Community to give you the heads!!!!

The Samsung note10 has some many options and the camera takes the best picture quality. I love the s-pen. I am still trying to figure out all the additional features but overall this is a tremendous phone.
What I learned about Samsung they give the best deals when you first pre-order the phone.
They had change their rules on their promotions. Example when I first bought the note9 I received the promotion. When I bought the note10 the Bestbuy rep said I would get the promotion. when I went to ask why I didn't received they said they Samsung changed their rules. I called Samsung al though the person seem from out of the Country they were very professional. They processed my promotion and I will receive the $150.00 in Samsung money that I can purchase anything from their website.
